We invite you to share information we have not yet included in the www.DementiaDesignInfo website (please limit this to bedrooms, bathing areas and toilet rooms for the time being). You may submit 1) an image you feel illustrates one of the design features described, 2) a "record"-a design feature and related outcome (with or without an image) and the published reference (we are only including published references at this time), 3) a reference we have not included or 4) you may submit a case study-a more in-depth analysis of a site.

At this time, only the submit a record option is available-the other options will become available in the future.

All submissions are reviewed by the project team, and decisions about inclusion of submitted information lays solely with the project team. If you submit something for inclusion in the site, you will be notified if it is accepted, if it needs modification, or if it is determined not to be relevant for the site.
